Here she is only 12 days old. The photo shoot lasted 2 1/2 hours and she did not sleep the entire time. There are alot more cute pictures that were taken, but these are some of my favorite.

Here is a picture from her dedication. I wasn't able to use the christening dress I wore when I was dedicated, but I did find this adorable one at Strasburg. She looked so cute and did so well during the dedication.

Where we are now

Cara is now 11 weeks old. The time is going by way to fast. She had her first shots last Monday and of course took it like a champ (she is a lot like her mommy). The doctor said she is doing very well. She weighs 12lbs. 3oz. and is 22 1/2 inches long. She still has most of her dark hair and georgeos blue eyes like her daddy.
Mark and I have truely been blessed with a wonderful baby. She sleeps through the night now consistantly and wakes up smiling and ready to eat. She loves to cuddle. I really enjoy watching her and Mark interact. She looks at him as though she is in love with him.

We had her dedication at Living Waters this past weekend and it went really well. Her Grandma and Grandpa Gillette were able to make it in from NY so that was really special for her. And also the rest of the family Aunt Kelley and cousin Tuff. Cousins Bub, Julie and Garrett and Great Uncle Sam and last but not least her Aunt Vick and Uncle Kevin.

I forgot to mention that I took her on saturday to get her ears peirced. She cried less than I did. It was really hard, don't ask me why, but it is absolutley adorable. I haven't taken any pictures yet, but I will soon.
